Sunday Services

We meet together each Sunday for worship and fellowship.  The Morning Service normally starts at 10.30am and the Evening Service normally starts at 6.00pm  .

A typical morning service would include prayer, music of various styles, readings from the Bible and a talk about the section from the Bible that we are particularly focusing on that day.  Children join in with worship for the first 20-30 minutes, and then have activities which are tailored to them, in another part of the church building.  We have refreshments after the service to give us the opportunity to spend time together, and once a month we have lunch together.  The lunch is normally on the first sunday of the month after the morning service, and there is always enough food for visitors to stay and join us.

The evening service tends to be quieter and more reflective.  As in the mornings, we have a mixture of prayer, readings from the Bible, singing songs of worship, and a talk.  Once a month, normally on the third Sunday evening, we spend this time singing hymns and praying together.

Normally we have a Communion Service, when we remember how Jesus shared bread and wine with the disciples, in the evening on the first Sunday of the month, and in the morning on the third Sunday of the month.
